Business Consultant (Dutch Speaking)

To empower our enterprise customers, we are searching for a talented Business Consultant. Your role is to make sure our enterprise customers use our product in the best way and inspire them how they can succeed using this solution.

What to tell your friends when they ask you what you do

— You work at one of the best startups in Europe and your clients are some of the biggest Enterprises around in Banking, Utilities, Insurance, Recruitment and Tech
— You advise our enterprise clients how to implement our solution to make their businesses more personal
— You make plans and execute them to increase user adoption
— You partner with the account management team to drive retention and upsell

How will you be doing this?

— Understand your clients’ strategic goals and develop plans to partner on these goals
— Ensure clients are leveraging the 24sessions platform to deliver business value
— Be product expert and manage client on-boarding process
— Organize and give trainings to new enterprise users
— Ensure the day-to-day 24sessions users are champions with others in the account
— Cultivate broader usage of 24sessions within each account
— Signal user needs and requests for our future product roadmap
— Introduce new features and best practices to clients
— Developing and disseminating best practices for 24sessions’ various verticals
— Responsible for key customer success metrics, including customer churn and renewals
— Becoming better at what you do every day!

What will you bring to the team?

— At least Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a business/communication field
— 0-3 years working experience in a similar role (consultant/project management/customer support/customer success)
— Fluent Dutch and English
— At least 4 days per week in Amsterdam
— Believe in our vision & solution
— Affinity with Software as a Service
— Business savvy; ability to translate business needs into data and product requirements
— Excellent strong presentation and communication skills

Your Profile

— At least Bachelor’s degree

— Fluent Dutch and English
