Project Manager (Dutch Speaking)
To empower our enterprise customers, we are searching for an ambitious Project Manager. Your role is to make sure our enterprise customers use our product in the best way and inspire them how they can succeed using this solution.
What to tell your friends when they ask you what you do
— You work at one of the best startups in Europe and your clients are some of the biggest Entreprises around in Banking, Utilities, Insurance, Recruitment and Tech
— You support your clients to extract full value out of their 24sessions subscriptions and make their businesses more personal
— You partner with the account management team to drive retention and upsell
— Your role is a sales and client relationship role, not a technical support role
How will you be doing this?
— Understand your clients’ strategic goals and develop plans with Customer Success Manager to partner on these goals
— Ensure clients are leveraging the 24sessions platform to deliver business value
— First point of contact; knows what goes on at client side as well as teams at 24sessions.
— Implement customer success projects within set timeline
— Be product expert and manage client on-boarding process & trainings
— Ensure the day-to-day 24sessions users are champions with others in the account
— Cultivate broader usage of 24sessions within each account
— Signal user needs and requests for our future product roadmap
— Introduce new features and best practices to clients
— Becoming better at what you do every day!
What will you bring to the team?
— At least Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in business or communication
— 0-3 years working experience in a similar role
— Fluent Dutch and English
— At least 4 days per week in Amsterdam
— Believe in our vision & solution
— Affinity with Software as a Service
— Excellent presentation and communication skills
— Well-organized and loves to create structure
